PURPOSE The goal of the Virmani Foundation’s Winning Voice scholarship is to empower youth by providing them with an opportunity for intellectual, emotional and creative development. We believe that engaged young people are the best agents of positive change in their communities. Through this contest, we hope to help them access the necessary tools required to achieve their dreams. The purpose of the Virmani Foundation’s Winning Voice Competition is to nurture talented Youth by providing scholarships for those facing challenging financial circumstances.
